Was schedule for a blow out. I get a call hours before my appointment that it had to be cancelled due to hair stylist being sick. Did not offer any alternative. I had this appointment scheduled for a month because I had family pictures that evening! I received a confirmation email the day before letting me know that if I cancelled I would be subject to pay 50%! Made an appointment for my daughter to get color and highlights and a cut. I now see I should have been there. Told he she need things she didn’t. Won’t go back there. I don’t like being told one price then finding out it cost $60 more. If we ran our business that descriptively we would not be in business
I’ve been getting my hair done at GoGlamorous for over two years. It’s got a super relaxing atmosphere, they always offer a complimentary beverage to start (including some seriously delicious mimosas!), and you can’t beat the price for the quality of service you receive! The past two times I’ve been here, Noel has been my stylist and I just wanted to say how wonderful she is at what she does!!! Great experience for my daughter and myself!! Crystal is great to work with and open to your suggestions and ideas.
Bree did a great job on mine and my MIL's pedicures today. Very relaxing, sanitary, and a beautiful paint job! The place is very clean, girls are very friendly, and it doesn't smell like chemicals like most salons. They are very 'green' conscious which I did not know until I got there, so that was a nice surprise. This place is great for nails, and I will definitely be back.
I am visiting my daughter in Maryville for a few months and she arranged a hair appointment with Jocelyn for me...she was and is WONDERFUL!! I have been back to her several times. She's one of those hairstylists that makes you relax and feel like a member of the family!!
