First off, do yourself a favor and call Goggins Heating and Cooling to get the honesty everyone deserves when calling upon a repair service. So my A/C starts "sitting down on the job" over here on Jenny Drive in Prattville, AL and I called one of those popular companies to COME FIX MY HOME just so I could pay them 60 bucks to come out and tell me it was going to be another $558.45 to replace the fan on the outside unit because the motor was "going bad". I have used Goggins Heating and Air in the past and always been completely satisfied with their work and integrity. I called them recently with an AC problem, they came out the same day, did a professional job and charged a reasonable price.

Owner came out checked the unit and to my surprise he said "there was nothing wrong with the unit, The recent power outage had knocked the compressor off line and I wasn't giving it enough time to reset its self. AC failed on a Sunday in stormy weather with tornados reported in the area. Goggins came when I called and fixed problem. I've used Goggins for 20 years, and I was not surprised at this level of service. Always reliable.
our 20 year old unit quit cooling, mr. Goggins came out and got it cooling again, while he was here I had him to give me an estimate on a replacement heat pump, his numbers was by far the most reasonable, and was able to have it here and installed the next day. He told me his crew would arrive at 8 30am and they did. it is 12.30pm as I write this review and am very comfortable as Goggins is finished up and my house is cooling down as I type !
