GSH is a top-notch closing attorney office. We at Weichert have them as our preferred closing attorney. While their are many locations thru out the Atlanta area we like the one on Peachtree road in Buckhead. Parking is validated for one hour so you may have to pull out your credit card when leaving. They offer coffee and soft drinks, candy bars on the table. Clean and friendly.

So we had a good experience with closing. However, one month later,we received a scam email that was sent from their email address with an attached PDF that was protected by a password and that contained a very fishy link. I did not click on that link. When I contacted the firm (twice by leaving a voicemail to ask them about this email and if this was an actual document that I needed to worry about in relation to the closing) they did not respond. I had an excellent experience with GSH Attorneys office. They were professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them, especially if it’s your first time needing an attorney, they made the process easy for me. Also, their communication really sold me, I didn’t have to call or send messages they were definitely on it, they really gave top tier service.
