My AC unit quit working, Goff Heating & Air's response and repair to the unit was very quick! With a heat advisory, the temps being 100 degrees out and indoor pets that are not acclimated to those temps it was a huge relief to have it up and running so fast!!
We were advised by a service tech from a local company that we needed to have the motor replaced in our electric unit. We called Goff Heating & Air to do the repair. When on site, the Goff tech discovered that our blower wheel had shifted causing it to rub the blower housing preventing the unit from performing properly. I had Agape out twice due to the flame not coming on in my unit. Once he replaced the filters and said not to use allergy filters because they weren’t allowing enough flow. The issue reoccurred and he came out and replaced the thermostat. That helped for a while then the same issue started again a couple of weeks later.
