This person told me my ovarian cysts were not causing me pain and told me I must have kidney stones. Then she told me that the ER doctor who confirmed I did NOT have stones and that I DID have cysts, was an “a**h***”. This office confused me, refused to treat my low hormone levels and made me cry. Then had the audacity to send me a letter stating that they could not treat me because I was “inappropriate with staff”. I have filed a complaint with the State of Illinois.
Horrible wait times and horribly rude staff. Felt like no one cared the wait was long or cared to be kind or helpful.
If you want a midwife thats going to be helpful and understanding DO NOT under any circumstances go to her.I xferd from another OBGYN.Ive been to this office at least 5 times since January due to problems im having with the pregnancy. When you ask her a question she'll give you some half-assed answer and thats if she properly answers the question at all.I recently went in and was concerned about my energy and thyroid levels and without even doing a physical examination she just tells me to take prenatals 2x's daily. I did not care for this midwife at all. I can honestly say we spent less than 30 min tot together through my 9mo pregnancy. She is a "get em in get em out" kind of person
