Braden came out yesterday and did my annual plumbing check/service. Great guy, very knowledgeable. Also Chris came out for my annual HVAC service. Also very competent and discovered a problem that needed to be addressed. Will complete it when part gets ordered and received. thanks Guys

Liars. Cheats. Swindlers. We recently purchased a new HVAC unit with a 10-year warranty. We were guaranteed by the salesman that the full warranty was transferrable in the event we sold the house. Well - we sold the house and found out that we were blatantly lied to. Goodman Manufacturing - the manufacturer if the unit - will NOT transfer the 10-year warranty to a new owner. Justin was super today. Very patient and very professional and kind. I was not happy with the way scheduling my appt. went with the phone service and dispatch, but Justin made up for it and we will be back. I had some real problems and Justin had a trainer with him and they didn't hurry and took time explaining. Thank you!

My water heater went out on 08/25/21. I had heard Goettl commercials on the radio and they sound like they’re a reputable company looking out for the consumer and going to do a quality job at a fair rate. So I called them and they confirmed I needed a new water heater. I had been meaning to install a water softener system and thought might as well get it all done by this “reputable company” at the same time.
