I have always spoken highly about goettl but today is the first day that I had an experience that I thought was atrocious play showed up the technician was extremely friendly and someone helpful about some knowledge and stuff like that but they had faulty equipment that did not like to work he had to bend the sewer snake that he was using could not get the blockage fixed so they quoted me $2,000 to run a hydro jetter and then when I told them that I did not want the hydro Jetter service they went ahead and charged me anyways... read more
This is for the Las VEGAS AND HENDERSON, NV area. Goettl's project manager, Ty, is abusive towards women. Not towards men though. I hoped to look at all angles but Ty was too abusive to allow for flexibility. The technicians stated the fuse box needed a lock that they'd place as part of the fuse box package. I work from home and I've been stuck at home because of work and because Goettl's technicians were at my home for a couple of days for anywhere between 4 to 12 hours. Braden came out yesterday and did my annual plumbing check/service. Great guy, very knowledgeable. Also Chris came out for my annual HVAC service. Also very competent and discovered a problem that needed to be addressed. Will complete it when part gets ordered and received. thanks Guys
Excellent service! Erik Garrido has been doing our check ups and we really enjoy working with him. We don't even have to keep track of things as Amy in the office makes sure we keep on top of things. Great Service and Great Product! We highly recommend them.
My wife and I lost our A/C from Friday 7/22 to 7/24/2022. We called Goettl to schedule an appointment. Originally the staff was not much help including the on hold add with "Ken Goodrich", until they sent a Technician Carlos Hernandez Ortiz. He was extremely friendly, and helpful and within 10 minutes we had cold air blowing. He really seemed to know what he was doing. We were thrilled from that point on. Great job Carlos.
Today 061422 Richard Cooksey from Goettl came out to do my six month check up on my A/C. What a great guy. He was extremely professional. He answered all my questions in lay man terms and made sure I understood. If I have to call Goettl out again I am going to ask for him.
Quianno Perez was a fantastic service tech. He explained everything to me was very friendly and extremely professional. Goettl has been looking after our heating, air and plumbing for over 20 years. They are the best.
Liars. Cheats. Swindlers. We recently purchased a new HVAC unit with a 10-year warranty. We were guaranteed by the salesman that the full warranty was transferrable in the event we sold the house. Well - we sold the house and found out that we were blatantly lied to. Goodman Manufacturing - the manufacturer if the unit - will NOT transfer the 10-year warranty to a new owner. They will only acknowledge a 5-year warranty as transferrable. Kevin Bettencourt with Goettl is now ignoring my email requests for information. We waste... read more
