Prior to my visit with Dr. Goebel, I requested that he review my chart and speak with my PA (someone who has been looking in my ears for 30 years) so he could make informed decisions regarding my care. It was made obvious in the office that he had not done either of those things and scheduled surgery. I’ve had T-tubes in both ears before and suggested that route. Office staff very efficient
Exam began with a hearing test, and it was determined I would benefit from hearing aids. I actually went in for vertigo and loss of balance, but it was great to be informed of mild hearing loss as an incidental finding. Dr. Goebel was very pleasant even though there was no clear cause of my vertigo. He did determine a reason for the imbalance and was able to provide a treatment plan.
Dr. Goebel is always very nice and does a great job explaining what us going on and his recommendations.
