I give this rating because although Darko is stellar in his work. The office and reaching staff to get prescriptions, referrals and other things just isn't there. Their system of the "sub special practice" which is basically a messenging system is very broken. It hinders the care for patients and their familes. The staff there try and do great work by the WAY you must reach this office is horrible and puts a lot of strain on a patient & Family. WHC administration needs to fix it and do something else. Dr. Darko has been my primary care physician for quite a few years. I don't think I would likely want to exchange him for another. He is pleasant and skilled and takes time to listen.
I absolutely love Dr. Darko. He has a fantastic bedside manner and he's very smart. I moved out of the area, but I continue to see him!
Everyone super professional from front desk to check out. Dr. D very thorough. Appreciate his willingness to see me whilst my PCP is out on leave.
