Many thanks to the folks at Godwin -- especially Suzi and Carl -- for an installation that was just completed today in our home. Kohler and the distributor caused some significant glitches with delivery of the correct product, but Godwin kept after it, kept us informed every step of the way and handled all aspects of sales, service and installation with great care and professionalism. First-rate and highly recommended.
Barry at the Ada location is wonderful! He's always been informative and willing to help any way he can. A weeks ago my coworker walked down to purchase a bag of de-icer and a younger gentleman carried it all the way back to the office for her!
