They have good customer service and reply promptly to any questions or concerns. Canadians beware, not Godivas fault. Import fees are charged by DHL. Godivas charged a shipping fee. But to my surprise, they charged or in other words deducted the same amount for shipping considering, I had already paid Shipping to send it back. That's the part where I feel I paid shipping twice when they only shipped once.
