I have loved Godfathers pizza 🍕 from day one. At least 25 years. It’s my definitely favorite pizza.
I called up there to see if my credit was still good. and they said I didn't have one. Basically felt like they thought I was lying. so I won't order from there again. And also she was rude. That type of business requires an excellent. customer service. Which she indeed lacked.
service was real bad!! i ordered to eat in but they boxed it up to go!! TOOK FOREVER!! the place needs work.. dirty vents and ceiling replaced!! GROCE!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!

Ordered at 4:30 to have pizza delivered at 6. 6:20 still no pizza. Tried calling 5 times and got hung up on before they even answered. Decided to go to the store where my pizza was sitting in the counter. I asked the kid at the counter what the deal was and got nothing but attitude. I took my pizza and left. Given the horrible service and the cold pizza I would not recommend them nor will I order from them again.
After waiting for an additional 15 minutes past what our ticket said, I inquired where our 2 mini pizzas and cheese sticks were. They couldn't find the ticket. Another 15 minutes later we had pizza. 45 minutes for 2 minis and cheese sticks. I would half way understand if they were packed. we were the only ones that had ordered sitting in there. everyone else had their food prior to us arriving.
