I had K-tip extensions installed and noticed a few strands became dry and wiry after the first wash while the rest of the hair was fine. After discussing this with other hair stylist it's likely that the batch of hair from the manufacturer was defective. I reached out to Natasha about the issue and she was willing to replace the pieces that were no good. appreciated her working with me to resolve the situation. Aside from that hiccup I was happy with the install overall

Love my hair extensions! They look so natural, feel lightweight, and blend perfectly with my hair. She’s amazing at what she does! Very skilled, professional, and you can tell she really knows her craft. I’m so happy with the results! Highly recommend! ❤️

I absolutely love my tape-in extensions! Natasha is amazing—so sweet, super quick, and does incredible work. The pricing is great, the hair is amazing quality, and the extensions feel so lightweight, even on my thin hair. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend her!

Natasha is the queen of hair! She's done my past two sets and I love them every single time. She is so quick and efficient and I always have a great chat with her - Very helpful and informative and never upsells things, genuinely wants to help and save you money! Got tape in extensions to add some depth/length and they look so natural! Very happy with the results. Natasha was very knowledgable with many years of extensions experience which made the service feel trustworthy and efficient :)
