Terrible service with impatient staff. The front desk staff was very rude and unhelpful. I asked for help and they pointed to a business card and told me to step outside the building and call them; they refused to assist me past that.
This place sucks. The counseling receptionist was extremely rude and not informative at all. I tried to call to make an appointment for my ADD meds (mind you I’ve been taking these since 2017) and she goes on to tell me I have to “prove” I have ADD. So, she makes me come in to schedule an appointment and show my paperwork, and then says that’s still not enough. Despite me showing her all the records my previous doctor gave me and my local doctor even offered to call to tell them I had ADD and did not abuse the drugs. What a... read more
