pethatic builder, Quality is shady. things stated to come off with in 3 months of closing. Live wires are exposed out. Mixing valve at the water heater broke in 2 months, flooded entire basement. i have sent multiple emails and called him multiple times, but no response from the builder. please DO NOT trust this builder. and save money and hassle
