3 hours was not enough time to see everything unless you do not stop.
It was horrible check in and repeated over charges on my card. Lucky for me i caught those "fees" before i left. Car was a POS that would loose power. I would never recommend spending your time or money on this.

It is definitely worth it ! We had such a great time and would go again in a heartbeat �
We had such a great time - loved it! Small hiccup with the trunk "sticking", but they were fast to find and help us and credited our time lost back to us. Loved the freedom of going anywhere we wanted and at our own pace.
We had a gift certificate for these cars and couldn't wait! When we got to the wharf one they hadn't got a clue what the voucher was. They were so unhelpful it was crazy. Walked out. Went to the union square one another day and they were just as bad!! No idea what the voucher was. It was all paid for in advance. Should t have been a problem. Dreadful service. Won't try that again.
