Would highly recommend this company. All staff were helpful, informative and friendly. Great communication regarding drop off and pickup times. Delivery staff was very skilful in manoeuvring container into our preferred area. Storage box was clean, watertight and perfect size. So convenient having the Go-box on-site during our kitchen reno- took away all the stress.

Go box has been fantastic service was impressive from start to finish. Box was skilfully placed and removed by Tim on 2 tricky driveways with so much care . Also the advice on packing helped so much. The box was secure and clean even smelled good ! Margot was extremely helpful with booking etc. Made moving a lot less stressful . Would use again and 100 percent recommend

Had multiple storage units on-site for a couple of years. Both drivers attending did a great job despite a difficult driveway. Units were in good condition and very secure (unlike a ‘competitor’ that sent out a pallet wrapped in a yellow tarp)… Highly recommend; team was always polite to deal with.

So impressed with using & interacting with this business! Really friendly, action-orientated and great service. When they initially had a mix-up they couldn't have worked faster to immediately resolve it. The containers themselves are great; clean and waterproof. I'll actually miss having it on-site, as it was very practical extra space. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing service. The office team went above and beyond, using Google maps to research the best location to drop our box to avoid it sitting on the foot path and needing a council permit at our new house - they even knew our new bin day before we did! And Tim is a driver extraordinaire. Picked up and parked our box amidst power lines, shrubs, and in a cul-de-sac like a boss. And all without damaging a thing. 100% will use this company again.
