Wonderful place. Love the ambiance, food and service.
We come to Florida once a year every September and Goblin Market is always on our must-do list. The people, the staff, the customers are so friendly. The food is always fabulous, and that's saying a lot coming from New Orleans. And I just adore the atmosphere. My husband says you can't eat atmosphere, but it sure makes the dining experience special when your surroundings are so lovely.
Best French onion soup I've ever had. The warm strawberry bread pudding was also out of this world. Great food and ambiance. I will definitely be back.
First the good. Very pretty plaice. Supurb Cesar salad. Now the mediocre. Extremely expensive! $39 rack of lamb. It was undercooked and tough. $45 16-oz. Non-prime rib eye. Hard to believe in Mount Dora. Understaffed. Service good for a dinner, not good enough for a place with so-so food and sky high prices.
Such a quaint cozy place with tasty dishes and the bar gives the biggest pour. :))) cheers �
We love ❤️ Goblin Market. We enjoy eating in the cozy bar upstairs. Service and food are both EXCELLENT!
Service was excellent. Food delicious! No wait time to be seated and we're waited on immediately after being seated! Restaurant was clean. Staff very friendly!
My husband and I normally go to the Goblin Market for lunch. This was our first dinner there, we were celebrating my birthday. It is a upscale restaurant, therefore pricey! But if your looking for ambience, great service, and food with a twist this is the place to go to in Mount Dora. PS. If your celebrating your birthday you'll still need to buy your own piece of cake!
My husband and I enjoyed an amazing lunch.. will be back and have already recommended our friends. �
