Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? No, they weren't very knowledgeable Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. Was this neurologist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? They were explained, but not thoroughly Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people.
