Scott went above and beyond to find just the car I wanted... and then he went one year newer, 20,000 miles less than I asked for and stayed in our budget. He went the extra mile to install a remote start and get the car waxed at no extra fee. Quinn was patient with us "old folks" explaining all the new electronics built in and helping us. I'll go back to Goben Middleton for my next trade in.
I had just been in a recent accident this summer coming home from work. My car was totaled in the crash. My parents had been driving this nasty old suburban around for years. Buying a car is like THE scariest thing for them!! They had been looking at various places but just couldn't find the perfect car or a good trade in price for their suburban. Bought a car from Big Matt. Very happy with my Fusion. He went above and beyond to get me a good deal. Very happy with my interest rate as well. Have not any issues with the car. Would buy from again.
I have a hard time believing these negative reviews. I suspect some may be from the competition and perhaps others from unreasonable customers? I have had nothing but the best experience from Goben Cars. I typically go through several cars each year or so and now buy all of them through Goben. I am a bargain hunter and they consistently have the best prices.
