SECURITY CAMERAS! In less than a year of living here, I have had my car and storage unit broken into. Security does nothing here except sit in the office and talk on the phone with people about video games. Minimal patrolling (if any at all). And this is just me. I have seen at least 2 dozen cars broken into both in the parking garage and in the neighboring streets. Bland, EXTREMELY overpriced, eyesore of a building once again. I checked the price of my old apartment just down the street on Yamhill. Studio is barely over 700. In a locked, secured building with real portlanders. I'd move back in there. Anyone who moves here is in the same class of d-bags as the Yard and every other middle finger at Portland.
I like goats, not condominiums. Calling this goatblocks is just sad
Absolutely disgusting, the epitome of douchey yuppiness. This place stands as a monument to everything portland is NOT. These places and "developers" are the pinnacle of greed. These apartments are so underwhelming and overwhelmingly expensive. How embarrassing.
