I’ve been a member for several years and keep coming back for the excellent experience. The classes are engaging, challenging, and worth every penny. Kasey does a great job working with you to help you find your best self.

Goals Fit outdoor boot camp is the real deal. Start your day with fresh air, a lot of laughter and a thorough full body cardio and strength workout and you’ll never go back to a treadmill again. Give it one week and you’ll be hooked. I’ve belonged for about 5 years. I’m a 60 year old guy - I feel great, i’m healthy and pretty strong. Ran my first marathon last year. 100% attributable to Goals Fit training. Goals Fit = results and great friends. Give it a try you WILL NOT be disappointed.
