...where do I even begin. From day 1 during the application process dealing with this company has been a complete shit show. extremely poor customer service. They clearly do not aim to keep residents. Submitt my notice today.
Please do not move in 7530 LeGrande St S. It is infested with roaches, and they will not tell you this when reviewing the property. They will not give you your deposit back, request for more money, and when moving out they will not contact you to do the move out inspection. This is not a good home and they do not care especially Chatty
