We booked a truck to move house over a month in advance. They have very limited customer service as it is all app based. Came to the day to pick up the truck and the app just said error and pending. Call customer service to be told that there is no truck in NSW. Now having to ring around and find a moving truck to move asap. Very stressful morning. Do not recommend this place at all.
Great hire. Easy to use. One way hire was affordable.
Good system in place and customer service are easily contacted if there's any issues. Will definitely be using them again when I need a van again.
