Couldn’t be happier. Was able to hire a truck to move on Sunday. The self locking function was quick and easy and allowed us to pick up and drop off the truck when suited us. The customer service was amazing - even giving us a discount and extending our hours for free. The app was so easy to use. The best truck hire experience we have had - already recommended the company to 2 people.
I used Go With The Gecko for a truck rental from Maitland to Melbourne. Everything was straightforward and the support was great. A bit pricey but definitely worth it. Would recommend!
Avoid Gecko at all costs – zero stars if I could. Gecko is the worst rental company I have ever dealt with. Their communication is abysmal, their processes are a complete mess, and they clearly have no respect for their customers’ time or money. They took my money, only to call me 40 minutes before I was meant to collect it to tell me there was no vehicle available. No phone call, no email, nothing. No communication and unreliable, struggled to get through to speak to someone long after my rental request was due, only to find out nothing was available, what a waste of time and certainly screwed up my plans. Will not make use of this business in the future.
