Do not buy any vehicles from this dealer. I bought a jeep in July and mysteriously they shut down and refuse to stay in contact with me about my tags and title. I paid TT&L and now I am working with an investigator named Darrell Adams to see about my title. Apparently, they get to keep the money for TT&L I paid and will have to pay it again so I can be legal to drive the vehicle I PAID FOR! After reading the reviews makes sense now why I still don't have my title on a truck I bought 7/29/2014! Supposedly it was mailed a week ago yet I still don't have it! Now the cell number goes straight to voicemail and a lady answered the business phone and said I don't work here and hung up in my face! I filed a complaint with the dmv and my attorney and law enforcement is now involved
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! well lets c my car ran for 3 hours. Come to find out there people rigged up the car so it appeared to be ok. now its gonna cost me 1700.00 to fix. wow I don't c how these people can live with themselves. owner also told me they were closing business because of health reasons. lmao mmmmm they are still selling today. I bought a car from them almost 6 months ago. Cash. Tax titles and license and I have yet to receive any of it. I keep getting the run around multiple times. I am a patient person. I bought a van on 2-8-14 and as of 5-21-14 I am still trying to get my ttl from them I call and his wife macie said she mailed them to me so I cakes the tax office and was told that they did not change over the tittle so then i had the tax office call them and vance was very rude to the lady the Jo was standing there and is now going to be handling this matter for me she also called dealer inforcement on them
HEATHER O, bought a vechicle as\is and did damage to it in a attempt to bribe with threats of filing a complaint with the enforcement division to get us to try to forse us into giving her a much more expensive vehicle than what her parents, who put up the cash could afford. ************BUYERS BEWARE**************** Bought a vehicle from them. Not only was it a lemon but they have not submitted the taxes or licensing or titling of vehicle to transfer to my name even though I paid cash. It's been over 3 months! They don't answer the phone and will avoid you. They are only at location half the time. After filing complaints with dealer enforcement and putting thousands of dollars into repairing the vehicle I can't even legally drive it! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER!!!!
