We needed a home in Saddlebrooke, north of Tucson. RC Hard was our GoSold realtor and could not have worked harder to find us the right house at a fair price. Over the year since closing, RC has maintained close followup and helped us address minor post-closing issues. RC HARD, was my fathers realtor, He did sell my fathers house. All he cared about was making money. We than asked him to help my father find a apartment. Well that was a big failure. He put my 78 year old father in a bed bug roach infested apartment. That was poor service Mr. hard. My father was sick with bed bug bites from the apartment complex RC had arranged. RC just wanted to collect his commission. Didn't care. SHAME ON YOU RC HARD.
RC was great! He always made sure I was happy during the entire process. He is very thorough and detailed. He communicated very well and also recommended a great mortgage company that made the process so smooth. I will use RC as my realtor again and would recommend anyone to him and Go Sold Realty.
