Since our change to GoSmart we have had a couple of different property managers. However, Marel always knows what is going on with our building, and provides fast and efficient support. When we switched waste management companies the previous company came to get the bins early, leaving the building and it's tennants with no where to put their trash. Marel looked into it and had the new company delivering bins early before the end of the day. Property managers come and go, but Marel has been 5 stars since the switch.

This is an extremely poor property management company. I genuinely don’t understand how they are still operating. Communication is consistently lacking, and overall organization is severely deficient. I’ve worked with several property management companies, all of which were organized and transparent about payment terms. That has not been my experience here. They don’t enforce rules and they don’t respond to emails. I emailed almost a month ago, Andrea at reception CC’d the Senior Property Administrator, Marivic Solis, who has also not responded. I followed up a 2nd time with Andrea and Marivic, and still no response. This is unacceptable as you are paid condo fees to properly manage The Legacy building.
