The Manager of our Account claims to know what is going on however they have had an illegal board in place for 4 or5 years, and she has been, then used Deflections such as this (Your communications have been forwarded to respond.) Sadly this Manager also sends the complaints to the very person who is illegal and then discards them as though they never saw the claim. Cannot stress enough ---->. I currently own a unit managed by Go Smart and I *cannot* recommend this company. If I could give zero stars, I would. Over the past five years, my experience has been nothing but frustrating — countless unanswered emails and phone calls, delayed or missed appointments, and a complete lack of accountability. Every single email I've sent has required follow-up, and I'm constantly told “the vendor will contact you,” only to be ignored again. Unprofessional and poorly managed. Communication is abysmal, follow-up is nonexistent, and the burden always falls on the resident. Would strongly advise anyone considering this firm to search elsewhere.

Extremely frustrating experience with GoSmart Property Management. Communication is consistently poor — you have to chase them multiple times to get anything done. Staff turnover is constant, so you’re always dealing with someone new who has no idea what’s going on. Overall, a horrible experience. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable property management.
