I have to say, I have lived in a GoSmart managed building for a couple of years and my feelings had been mixed. They are responsive in an emergency but often maintenance issues required quite a few follow ups to the point that it felt like we were harassing them, though eventually the issue would be resolved. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY i love when I call them and tell them " The Red Seal employee who threatned me yesterday and I had to call the police on, is back in my building and no one else from Red Seal is around, I dont feel safe !?! " and they respond " Don't worry, he's not there for you." I DO NOT FEEL SAFE, THEY DO NOT CARE
It routinely takes them a month or more to respond to emails, even for simple issues. Communication is poor and follow-through is slow, which makes it very difficult to resolve anything.
This is just MCM property management's shady attempt at re branding without all the clout that their company has accumulated over the years, not talking about Google reviews but the general dislike the company has received from any residents which they oversee. Still the same terrible people who take over 6 months to fix simple damages around the common property but will fine you immediately for any minor infraction they can conjure up. Update – 1 Month Later Due to Go Smart’s complete lack of communication, I now have water damage in my unit. As expected, I haven’t received any response from Go Smart (Hailey Rubner) since September 5th regarding this issue. --- I currently own a unit managed by Go Smart and I *cannot* recommend this company.
