It was great here always. Sadly they have all gone out of business.
Glenview location twice in the last 3 weeks. I work nearby. Your pasta is dry. The chicken is overcooked. The sauce on the pasta is non existent. I went a second time because I give second chances. I won't waste my money on this anymore. No wonder locations are closing.
Worst customer service experience I've had in years. I came in and stood in line at the designated spot for phone/carry out/online orders. When after the young lady turned her attention to the phone she came back. I said I wanted to place a carry out order. She said I had to wait in the other line even after I pointed the sign out to her. I went to the other line and waited. After a couple of minutes she came back to her register and said she could help me. Really??
Love the food there. Had flat bread margarita pizza and Cesar salad. My only complaint is the northbrook location doesn't have the freestyle drink machine anymore. What happen to it?
