They cancelled my appt less than 24 hours beforehand, saying they're decided not to accept new patients. Earlier notice would have been nice, and if I would have expected a higher level of professionalism than cancelling less than 24 hours before.
bless this place for taking medi-cal for poor people//////.......... i could never afford glasses but i was seen here and just got my plastic fantastic driving glasses!!!!! and they gave my my prescription so i can order online......... i like dr. go's operation but then again i like drinking in the ally w/ my friends
Dr.Randall is one of the best! It was truly a great experience. The only eye doctor I will trust with my issues in the Bay Area. Highly recommend!!
Had a visit with Dr. Douglas recently and he was great. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explains everything to you clearly. Dr. Randall was super friendly as well. The staff were nice too despite it being kinda busy at the time. Definitely would recommend this place.
I asked my insurance to provide me with a list of places where I could see an eye care specialist. Among the options they gave me, this location came up. The office hours looked convenient, and it was close to me. Since no one answered my calls throughout the day, I was able to schedule an appointment online. Today, I received a call from a woman who was quite unfriendly, telling me that they do not accept my insurance.
