My 2 visits to this eye doctor was so pleasant, professional, breath taking. So the people that work at Randall Go has great smiles, and are very professional. Greets you in such a beautiful way, all you can do is smile too!! I Love this place & the people that run it, including Dr. Go!!
Why they don’t answer the phone? I need to ask for something else in my glasses request, and I call them to the phone number that my provider gave me, but no answer. I’m agreeing with comments about their rude service and it’s hard for me go just for a question.
I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews, but this situation warrants it. Yesterday, I visited the optometry office to pick up my glasses, and once again, the front desk staff was extremely rude. Unfortunately, this has been a recurring issue every time I have visited over the past two years. They are rude if you ask for your prescription!! They rush you the whole time and if you have medical they don't let you choose your own glasses they literally make the choice for you by reducing your options to only one or two glasses. The glasses they chose for me keep breaking!!!!
