This is a mixed review. I had used their service a number of times and was very happy with the quality of work and prices. Myself and a family member attempted to contact them to schedule service appointments and nothing. Never heard back and that's simply not a professional way to do business.
Been trying to book with them on line. Appointment made and email sent saying I was booked. Nobody shows. Ghosted. Seems like they went out of business???????
No showed twice don't think they are in business can't seem to get ahold of anyone?
I heard good things, and was able to make a booking for a Sunday evening. Got a call that afternoon, saying that the person didn’t know how I was able to make an appointment for that time, and to please call them back. Called back, and left a voicemail, and several days later haven’t heard anything. Disappointing to be ghosted by a company.
Absolutely horrible company to work for and apparently it seems they hold grudges even after you quit this sinking ship.
