Friday was my first time at go natural, and I will go back. Jailyn was very sweet and did an amazing job on my hair, I got the thermal silk press. The salon was nice and it was a great atmosphere, you feel comfortable when you’re there. I want to say a big thank you to Jailyn you are amazing and did an amazing job!

Jailyn is so sweet and professional! The staff was also very nice it felt like I was at a family’s hair salon I definitely will be back!
I visited the salon a month ago for a trim. The beautician wasn’t there and after 20 minutes, still was a no-show. I didn’t even receive a follow up call, nor an apology. For a business that stresses (and penalizes) it’s customers for being late, I’d expect them to have the same standards for their employees.
