My wife and I have nothing but excellent experiences when visiting Go Moto. Marty and Lissa have always been gracious, patient and kind when we stop in.
Go Moto is great for customer service. Recently brought my Moto Guzzi to them for new tires. Got it back two days before they promised and it cost less than any other shop that I had talked to. They also support two pro flat track racers Jake Mataya (national #29) and Nick Mataya.
Once again the people at GoMoto have went above and beyond. I've been helped many, many times over the years. I've purchased a Royal Enfield sidecar unit and have enjoyed it immensely. With all my other motorcycles GoMoto has addressed my questions and needs with genuine concern and assistance. From a flat tire to chasing electrical gremlins GoMoto has kept not only myself but many others enjoying our two wheel passion. Best priced shop in the twin cities for tire changes!
I have been doing business with Marty @ GoMoto for many years, and can honestly say, there is nobody I'd rather do business with.
I usually do as much work/maintenance as possible, but recently ran myself out of time for an oil change and tires before a trip. They were able to get me in wed. afternoon and out by thursday morning. And this is on an Aprilia that most people wouldn't touch. I can't say enough good things! Thanks!
I can only add to the wonderful reviews already posted here! Marty and Lissa have taken care of us SO well, for 8 wonderful years of riding. They have gone out of their way to fit us in when we have any needs, answer our goofy questions, store and spring prep the scoots right when we want them when they are up to their eyeballs getting everyone else's bikes ready too, always giving the best prices in town, and always making us feel like we are the most important customer they have.
