The Ellefson Transportation Group and the Go Mini's were so helpful in our move. We were building a new home and weren't sure when we could move in so while we prepared our old home for sale, it was nice to have the Go Mini pod sitting there to store our stuff in while the house was shown. It paid off b/c we sold our house and by that time, we were able to get the pod moved over to our new build and use it for storage until we got cleared to move in! Thank you Rachel and the Go Mini's team for all you do!
Absolutely spectacular service! The prices are reasonable and Go Minis of Augusta is 100% on top of what they promise. I called to inquire about a 20 ft GoMini and Rachel was able to have a GoMini at my house the next day. The driver that drops off/picks up is really nice as well and overall Go Minis beat my expectations across the board for reliability, on-time delivery and pickup, and just the shear ease of their business for customers. If you're moving, I couldn't recommend them more.
This summer my family decided to move and we made the decision to store our belongings in Go Mini's during our transition period. I was blown away at the incredible customer service I received from Rachel. This was not a traditional move for us and I had some anxiety about the thought of storing our belongings for any length of time but all of that was unnecessary because Go Mini's truly exceeded my expectations.
