Just did a kayak surf course with Patti and Yves. They are fantastic instructors! I learned so much and had so much fun!
Took the Paddling in Surf at Tofino course with Patti & Yves last weekend and it was excellent! The most fun I have had in a long time! They’re a great team and I really appreciate their teaching style - lots of good feedback and individual instruction on how to improve. I’m still pumped from the course a week later. Go Kayak!
Yves and Patti are both excellent instructors who use encouragement and easy to understand instruction to teach. They take each skill and break it down so that you master each step along the way. They support and encourage without pushing and make you want to learn more!
Yves was able to break down steps involved in a clear, easy to follow way. He watched each participant practice new skills and was able to give individual feedback on areas to work on improving. Yves was very friendly, outgoing and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this company
Yves and Patti are great instructors - very knowledgeable, supportive and fun! If you have a chance to take a training course with them - do it!
