Got a really bad car wash here. Paid $12 for the middle grade car wash and there was still significant dirt on the hood and tailgate of my Ford Explorer. Complained to the attendant and even show on the hood where just lightly rubbing the dirty spot with my, it came off. Attendant said, we really don’t have a brush that cleans that and you would have to wipe that off or hand wash it. Sorry but I did not get my money’s worth today.
Horrible customer service and when their equipment destroys parts of your vehicle they do not care. If you don’t want to wreck your car especially trucks and everyone nowadays has one almost DONT EVER GO HERE! Tell all your friends to stay away!!!!!!!
They clean both sides of your car as you enter not just the left like other car washes and the vacuum is free and it will suck the mats off your floor

Great car wash!!! The people are really nice and it does a very nice job cleaning my truck. Free vacuum stations and I signed up for the subscription service that was a GREAT deal!!

They certainly don't take the time to hand clean the rear tailgate of an SUV which their brushes missed completely. The drying system left the car half wet. Back to Mr. Wizard.
Express is a good, basic car wash for $8. More services cost more.
