My relatives is wheelchair bound and is in a bariatric chair. On the day she was to go out on her appointment a rep from this company called to let her know that the company vehicles were not equipped with ramps wide enough for her chair. What a let down and how disappointing! We had to order an Uber wav to get her to her appointment.

Exceptional! I needed my kids at one time for pickup and drop off and this was the best service.
If I could post this review without giving this company 1 star then I DEFINITELY would!! This is the second time that my mom was scheduled a ride with this company and both instances she had an issue. My mom, who is wheelchair dependent, was picked up at 12:45p.m. and dropped off at the appointed destination where I met them. The driver told her to call her when she was ready.
