Lance was very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. We were having an issue with carpenter ants and ticks. Since he was here, our dog hasn’t picked up any ticks from our yard and we see almost no carpenter ants. Thank you! Shane was great too. He came by to talk to us about bats.
