We have a monthly service contract and they never show up. Every month we have to call to ask that they come and service. Always an issue, but not an issue that they charge us every month, right on time.
William came out, and quickly assisted with our yellow jacket issue. He explained the process, when to expect results and was very knowledgeable. Absolute great service to have.
If I can give a negative star, I would the sales rep when I initially got service never mentioned a 12 month program where I was under contract and I would be charged if I would cancel before they said all the insects and spiders would be covered all these issues that I called about that I had would be covered but instead they charge me $250 more in another $25 a month For wildlife that I did not have in my attic that nothing was ever found then they were charging me $59 a month when they told me it was gonna be $49 a month ... read more
