My name is Katherine and unfortunately this party bus service ruined my 25th birthday ! First the night started with the driver being 1 hour late. We get on the bus and it was like an inferno, everyone's hair and make up was sweated off in a matter of 5 minutes. We signed a contract with Mary for a limo rental at a rate that clearly included the separate Uhaul van with driver for our luggage. On the morning of the transportation, we called to postpone the pick up time. The person on the phone could not find any details about our reservation. I had the pleasure of renting one of these buses this weekend for my firends party. It was a nice bus the driver was great and the rep was great also. But the bus was not a party bus the radio didnt work nor did the TV's in the bus that was a buzz kill. I mean i would rent again but I would ask is everything is working properly on the bus.

I wish I could give them no stars. They are so unorganized do not I repeat DO NOT get a bus from them. They are rude and try to steal your money!
