My husband, daughter and myself went in to the shop this morning. The shop was extremely busy, but I felt like the owner did a great job of welcoming everyone who came in the door and juggling the needs of everyone. I had a (very) long list of questions and all of them were answered (and honestly!) We test rode two bikes and left feeling really well informed. We will be back when we decide on the perfect bike for our family. We just found our new bike shop. Thanks G&O!
