I’ve probably spent hundreds of dollars with them for dozens of shuttles back and forth in the past couple of years. Their drivers are consistently late, but the one time they got to my pick up spot early, they also left before the pick up time, leaving me stranded and with a $150 uber charge. The driver’s name is Leo, working the bloomington shuttle with routes from mcnutt to IND airport on 6/5/26, If this company even cares.

If safety is important in your search for transportation, go elsewhere. These clowns will change lanes mere feet in front of a fully loaded semi with no signal in rush hour traffic like it's a game.

Customer Service is falling short. I followed up with two of the office staff members who were exceedingly rude, condescending and unprofessional. I had to miss a shuttle due to travel delays and cancellations which have been rampant across the country over th past several months with airlines issues, inclement whether, TSA shortages from the government shutdowns impacting DHS. The bus was 36 minutes late and it was overbooked. There was no communication to the students. After contacting reservations we were assured a second bus was on its way to pick up the "overflow "people although everyone had a reservation. The proper thing to do if a bus is late or it's overbooked is to take the students who have the earliest flights first instead of just randomly letting people on...
