Spoke today with Tim from Go Doors about some technical issues with our electric gate. I was very impressed by his level of knowledge and expertise and how he actually helped me understand something that I had no idea about. Highly recommended and professional.
One disputed invoice after spending over $12,000 with this company and without any dispute resolution I was BLACK LISTED and denied the right to even have my 3 automatic swing doors serviced by Go Doors. As a profoundly physically disabled person that relies on a power wheelchair and lives alone my safety, security and independence has been put at risks due to this companies bullying. I even offered to pay the invoice in full but they would rather punish me then work on a resolution.
Met with the team at Go Doors and was very impressed. Very knowledgeable about automatic doors and access systems. The team were super friendly and responded in detail to every question asked. Definitely recommend getting in touch if you're looking for expert advice.
