I took my car through GO Car Wash. After running my car through the wash I noticed that I had paint taken off on BOTH sides of my rear panels. I immediately reported it. GO did take an incident report and told me that someone would contact me soon. 5 phone calls, 2 trips to the actual location and 1 email to corporate, never a call back or response. The wash is poor quality. The customer service bad and unprofessional. Don't waste your money at this Carwash. I recommend Tidal Wave Carwash instead. Tidal Wave has a better wash, good customer service, and many locations across the metro area.
