Their equipment tore off my front plate. They called me and told me they had it but when I went to get it I was told it was gone! They apparently tossed a “stack” of plates (according to an employee”. I filed a police report as required by the DMV and had to go thru the trouble and expense of getting new plates and registration for my vehicle. This is required since VA is a 2 plate state.
