I had a recent issue I encountered at your facility in Brockport on May 21, 2025, during my routine car wash visit. Upon exiting the wash, I heard a loud crunching noise and immediately exited my vehicle to investigate. To my dismay, I found that the entire strip light at the top of my trunk had been ripped off. Horrible service. Paid on-line and location told me I would need to wait a day or two before their corporate computer synchronized. Nonetheless, I was paying for no service. Customer Care does not answer their phone
