Easy to work with and quickly responds. When solutions are needed, they always have one and look outside the box.
Overall it was a good experience. There were 3 charges on the FINAL settlement statement which we as sellers thought was incorrect. It could have saved time if someone could have explained to us as sellers that this was an amount withheld to be sent to the condo association which is then held by the condo association until such a time that they are satisfied the seller has no outstanding balance.
