I’ve had multiple experiences working with Jason from GO RV, and he consistently goes above and beyond. He explains everything in detail, keeps his word, and always finds the best solution for his customers. When we faced multiple issues with our Jayco camper, Jason ensured we got exactly what was needed. His customer service skills are truly exceptional—he is a gold standard for how service should be delivered.
It was not very good experience, we bought RV recently. Very disappointed with customer service experience, to get back security deposit asked twice when we were at the shop, told us it is being processed, phoned after a week , told it was processed from their end and asked us to call our financial institution to confirm, immediately they called us back and said they have not done it to process need to go in person with receipt to the shop again, as they don’t have receipt, due to security reasons . Great experience for our first Hauler . We went to all the RV dealerships and found GO to have a great inventory and knowledgeable staff. All staff were super friendly and the orientation was very well done.
Knowledgeable staff. Helpful. Prices non-negotiable. Love the photos of their units on their website.
