Great place to workout! Instructors and members are always a fun time :) Accessible to all adults (+ kids at their JV classes) and fitness levels. Different class times and events posted on their website & socials that keep it easy to stay up to date. They offer a free trial class pass via the website so you can try out before joining. Definitely recommend checking out!!
I love this place! They offer a free class for new customers. I've been 3 times now and bought a membership, the pricing is very reasonable for the value. What prompted me to purchase a membership comes right down to the friendly and inclusive atmosphere. The workouts are so fun, I don't feel like I'm at your typical fitness class. I loathe cardio but these ladies have made it fun! Girls Night Out lives up to their name, it's a fun time hanging with the girls! All I can say is check it out!
This was completely out of my comfort zone, but Stephanie the class instructor made everyone feel so welcome. It was the fastest hour of cardio I’ve ever experienced. Loads of fun in a great environment. Can’t wait to go back!
