On June 18. 2025 the specialist I'm seeing fax them a requisition letter for a CT scan. One week latter I call them and I left a voice message. On Jully 04 they send me a text on my cell for a CT scan appointment on Feb 04 2026. In the same time the hospital change my appointment from October to August this year. You be the judge!
wish, I could give them -5 star... few years back I took my late father to have a MRI for his eyes... There was an East Indian "technician" who came to assist us, I noticed he never told told my father to take his denture out, or take his watch and any other metal object he might have on... I told him doesn't he suppose to have all the metal objects he taken off??? He said, oh yes, he must... I told him if that is the case why he didn't mention anything... He foolishly smiled and said he just forgot to mention it... right a... read more

Having gone through a very bad experience this morning with another place, I arrived at the Nebo Rd location full of anxiety and hope. The young lady at reception was absolutely wonderful. I told her my specialist appointment is on December 11th, and she got a perfect date, well before my doctor's visit. Thank you so much!
Service was excellent prettiest receptionist I’ve ever seen she has dark hair. I highly recommend this location
Would not reply to phone calls, texts, or emails for days until after my appt had been missed. Then they tried to extort me to get a new appt stating I needed to pay 75$ to book a new one when they themselves refused to cancel my original one. This place is a for profit scam, I would highly advise going anywhere else. I would not trust them with any of my healthcare needs going forward, they very clearly are for profit and not for the patient.
