Allow me to reiterate: I came to the GNMI Lab with a health issue. I was told to disrobe and that any jewelry that I couldn’t remove would be scanned. Your employee proceeded to remove my necklace from around my neck. She did the same with my anklet. She put both in the locker and used a numeric code to lock it. At no time was I given the code. Got in for an MRI quickly but that is where the positivity ends. Was there for an MRI of knee and part way through the scan, the tech realized he was scanning the wrong knee, stopped the scan, and started again. 2 days later, received an appointment for another scan with no rational which I promptly cancelled. Finally, I was told to access results/images from Pocket Health and as a subscriber, that shouldn't have been a problem.
