Loved working with them! Our AC went out, they came the next day and found it just needed a new part! Got it replaced and done in less than an hour. They also only charge the fee to come out once per year, so if our AC has any future problems we don’t pay for a new ‘coming over’ fee.

GNL is the absolute best team for anything HVAC related. We've had their help on some really tricky and really straightforward projects, they did such a good job in every case. They're kind, responsive, thoughtful, and careful in their work! I wouldn't recommend anyone else more highly than them.

Great service and great response time. Tarl was knowledgeable and was willing to come back out and take a look when I had further questions. I would definitely recommend GNL to a friend or family member.

Our AC didn’t work at all this summer, so we called right away. They came right out, unfortunately the part we needed was a difficult find. It took about a month before we got it working. Tarl kept me informed of their progress in finding the part, when it shipped and was out here for the install the day the part arrived. I gave them four stars, because it took the company a while to get it here, but it wasn’t GNLs fault. Thanks Tarl!

Our Furnace stopped putting out heat last night. I called GNL heating and cooling at 8:30am today on Presidents Day. It's 1pm and Tarl has already been here and replaced the part. The Furnace is 20+ years old and I appreciated Tarl being honest and fixing it instead of trying to sell me a new Furnace. I will call GNL for all my heating and cooling problems in the future
